AcesFull Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AcesFull, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using AcesFull on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may only use AcesFull where your access and use is lawful.

3. Compliance With Domestic and Foreign Laws

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including local, state, federal, tribal, and international laws in every jurisdiction where you access AcesFull or organize activities through it.

Cross-border use is at your own risk. If any part of AcesFull is unlawful in your location, you must not use that part of the service.

Nothing in AcesFull is legal, tax, accounting, or gambling-compliance advice.

4. No Illicit or Illegal Activity

AcesFull does not condone, promote, or facilitate illicit or illegal activity of any kind.

You may not use AcesFull for illegal gambling, unlawful wagering, money laundering, fraud, financing crime, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the legality of any game, event, payment, or invite you create or join.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities when misuse is suspected or required by law.

5. Sanctions, Export Controls, and Restricted Parties

You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions that would prohibit use of AcesFull.

You also represent that you are not on any government list of restricted or prohibited parties and will not use AcesFull in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

6. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use AcesFull only for lawful, personal, and non-fraudulent purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, scrape, or overload the service, or use it to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others.

We may investigate and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. User Content and Communications

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant AcesFull a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for content you post, including invite messages, chat content, and profile information.

You represent that you have all rights needed for content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

9. Service Availability and Changes

AcesFull is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for security, legal, or operational reasons.

10. Third-Party Services

AcesFull may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure. Their availability and terms may affect your experience.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies linked from or integrated with AcesFull.

11. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

AcesFull, including software, content, logos, names, graphics, and design elements, is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from AcesFull content or branding.

You may not use AcesFull trademarks, trade dress, logos, or confusingly similar names in domains, social handles, app names, advertising, or promotions without prior written permission.

All goodwill arising from authorized use of AcesFull marks inures exclusively to AcesFull.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcesFull disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that use of AcesFull will be lawful in every jurisdiction, meet your compliance obligations, or prevent misconduct by other users.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcesFull and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to AcesFull is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 USD if you paid nothing.

These limitations apply whether claims arise under contract, tort, statute, equity, or otherwise, and apply to domestic and cross-border claims to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AcesFull, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to your use of AcesFull, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

This indemnity includes claims brought by government authorities, private parties, or cross-border regulators to the extent caused by your conduct.

15. Termination

You may stop using AcesFull at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the platform.

16. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights

You may have rights under consumer, privacy, or other mandatory laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

These Terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable domestic and international law, while preserving non-waivable rights.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of AcesFull after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
